1930 long blue dress velvet ribbon French style textile Edwardian

It's a lovely long dress, with velvet bows The fabric is rayon (rayon was being used from the late 1800's) and it has a lovely woven pattern ruched V neck, with lvoely sleeves! Cloth buttons up the back but this snaps at the waist. (Dress E 14) MEASUREMENTS : This gorgeous Vintage French dress measures : 55 inches long (skirt length of 40 inches) 12.5 inches across the shoulders 26 inch waist 30 inches around the chest CONDITION : This lovely dress is in as found, not freshly laundered condition. There are dirt marks all over the hem area, someone didn't launder before they tucked it away!

There is some uneven fading, and some sweat marks under the armpits. There is wear in places and a few very small holes (condition reflected in the price) please use the zoom feature to view condition closely 09/29/2020.
